i wish i could live inside this video. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UtUI5MC9tVM i would embed it, but its been disable.

I had the best birthday yesterday. My nana is the funniest woman on the planet. I got to see meg, becky, steve, elise, galen, lauren and caitlyn and I went out to eat with meg and the kids brought over cookiepuss and we watched teeth and I couldn't ask for more. Thanks to everyone who spent the day with me and to everyone who wished me a happy birthday!

I haven't actually made an update yet this summer, but I've been personally keeping track of what I've been doing every day. I've been working a lot and my class is over next week, and I'm taking class at the drawing studio again. But mostly its been great seeing everyone and trying to relax when I can.

In other news, would anyone like to go into the city Sat. July 12th to look at some art galleries? Right now its just me and my friend Liz from school, but the more, the merrier!

So here is my plan for school:
SB forever
Studio Art major with concentration in digital media, drawing and painting (it should really be one or the other!)
Minor in Digital Art
Minor in Art History
Minor in Media Arts
Thankfully, all of these overlap like crazy. I have to take 15 credits in art history for the studio major, so whats 2 more classes for the minor? (Which I can use towards my D.E.C's! Score!) Practically all of the classes for the Digital arts minor I need to take anyway for my concentration major. Which leaves the drawing and painting for fun (plus it'll teach me mad skills). The Media arts minor overlaps with the digital for about 6 of the 21 credits, and the rest I can learn about new media and how it affects art/music/television and film today. This is basically my life. I like to draw, listen to music, watch movies and tv, and sit on the computer all day. But can I get a job in any of this? Hmm. At least I'll be having fun.

a few quick things:
when i came home from work tonight, my dad told me that he sold a car to hayden christensen's grandmother. who next, john stamos?
my dad also sold a car to some apparentally really rich artist dude, who even has his own plane. said dude wants me to intern for him this summer. sweet.

So to sum up my thought process as of late. i get very frustrated with my lack of a life plan. so much so that i find myself thinking of just not having a career at all, but marrying rich and having lots of babies. maybe paint once in a while. but then i get frustrated in my lack of finding anyone in which to marry. let's work on someone who would date me first. i don't know, i think i would be a pretty chill person to date. all i really want is someone to cuddle/watch movies with and who will occasionally feed me. is that to much to ask for?
and then i laugh at how ridiculous of a person i am.

I should be studying for my midterms, but I just remembered a funny story. I was in my foundations of idea and form class, and we were having a crit of our project. We had to create patterned wallpaper that also tells a story about ourselves. This one girl did this really cool pattern that was in black and white, it looked like just basic shapes but then you realize that it was a corset. So we get onto this whole discussion about how people used to wear corsets and remove ribs, all for the sake of vanity. So one girl goes, "Or you can be like Marilyn Manson and remove ribs for another reason" and everyones like why did marilyn manson remove a rib? the girl goes "You really don't want to know" and my professor was like noo i really do! So basically manson removed a rib so he can give himself head haha, but my professor says "So THATS what gets in the way!" and HAHA it was great. He then tried to cover it up "Because I do yoga and some moves you can't do..." Sure...
But anyway, yesterday I went to the met and that was cool. Then I went to elise's with eric and caitlyn! This week will be my hell week, but on thursday is the opening reception for LICA, this art contest i entered in the SAC gallery, so that should be fun! Plus friends are home which is always exciting. I have some big plans for spring break, can't wait. It mainly involves eating in various places, something i enjoy very much.
Also, I found out yesterday I am going to be a TA next semester for one of the drawing classes. I don't know, I think it's pretty funny, but I'm also scared because I don't think I am experienced enough to be able to assist an entire class on how to draw properly. But, its with the same professor I had last semester, and it's cool because she's pretty famous in the art world. I got to see her work yesterday in the city actually, she has these pieces that are throughout the aubway station in Times Square. Pretty ace. Not really something I can say no to, so it should be fun.

I permanently smell like turpentine. Also, this is the first season of America's Next Top Model that I won't watch, because Make me a Supermodel is infinitely better (there are guys!)

I was going to write a longer entry but screw it. To sum up: Winter break was amazing. Finally got to relax, and I saw my friends who I love sooo much. Although there were still so many people i would have love to have seen (I'm talking to you Mike Gluck, Kat, Kim) haha and many others. This semester is absolutely insane. I am taking 6 classes and they are pretty intensive. I don't really have much time for anything right now. But I don't really care because I am finally get to do art (only not really much outside of my painting and design classes). I'm also taking cultural anthropology (i thought it would be interesting, it's really not) and art history 102 (1400-postmodernism) and art history of italian renaissance art (kind of interesting, lots of Jesus) and a Byzantine/Medieval history class. So now I know a lot about Jesus, eskimos, and I smell like chemicals. My design professor is really good looking. Haha, whatever. Painting is so great though, 3 girls that I became really close with in my drawing class last semester are in it, plus this girl Natalia and this guy Mike who I recently became friends with (they commute and we take the bus to the parking lot together, because its around 8:30 at night when we leave class and its scary!). Natalia is friends with catie zimmerman and like, everyone from smithtown, so thats pretty funny. And we just chill and paint and listen to our ipods for 3 hours. Sweet action. Today I saw Dob, Ryan, and Sarah Gluck (!!!) at radio. Very exciting. I also saw my friend mike who is adorable. I never get to see lauren behr, nick, liz or steve at school anymore, this makes me sad :(

Last week I saw the spice girls and it was soo amazing i can't even describe. In addition to the show being great, i also got to see lauren (yayy) and meg, who i haven't seen since Girl Talk last september!!! And this girl lives literally 2 minutes away from me. Ahh, i fucking love her and miss her so much. Damn full time jobs and school. I can't wait for Spring Break, Pink Floyd Laser show with steve and caitlin, and to see lauren next week!! This turned into a ong entry, whatever!

In retrospect, 2007 was a fucking crazy/weird year.
But all good things.
Maybe it wasn't crazy by other people's standards, but for me there were definitely significant changes. Starting with the obvious, graduating high school and starting college. My sister getting married, and going to her and John's new apartment and having them cook us dinner was definitely a milestone. My family went through crazy fights and a lot of trouble, that at times I thought we would not be able to recover. But we became stronger and closer because of it.
I made a friend that completely changed my outlook on life, and because of him I met other wonderful people. Who would have thought that by staying at patio would have allowed me to meet such a good friend. Speaking of patio, I bonded with all the people I work with, that now I feel like it is some sick disfunctional second family. I grew closer with some friends, I think, despite everyone going away to school. It made me realize how important they are to me and how much I love them when they are gone, but makes our reunions that much better. I got away with a lot of crazy shit, and pushed my parents to the limit. I gained a lot more freedom. I became more rebellious. I went to some wild parties. I saw girl talk and patrick wolf, both were life-changing experiences haha. I went to the city a lot. I took part in many girl talk dance parties. Went to a balloon dance party! I accepted that I just need to danceeee and then I will feel better. I kind of fell in love with techno. I stopped caring about grades, yet somehow got a 4.0 my first semester of college? I was on the radio! In the beginning of the year I made a portfolio of art that I was totally proud of. I decided that art is definitely what I need to do, even though I am still piecing together my future. I went to nature preserves. I became more independent. I had some sweet jam sessions. I realized that I like being home for college, for the time being. I messed around with the ouija board, and had some fucking crazy experiences with the paranormal. Which I am stopping! I helped a friend fight through some hard times. Naked chicken fights? Oh, and I played Joan Rivers in a play written by Jon and Eric and it was totally one of my favorite high school experiences. There were definitely a lot of memorable moments, a lot of drastic changes, yet a lot stayed the same.

I am definitely looking forward to 2008. I think it will be the best yet. I am seeing the spice girls with lauren in february, and I am seeing the pink floyd laser spectacular with steve and caitlin in march. Those shows alone will make it amazing. All I need is to see daft punk and I will be set for life! I am getting new hair on wednesday. I want total change. I'm joining a gym. Steve is going to teach me how to surf in the summer! Hopefully I'll go on some roadtrips. I want to develop artistically. I will hopefully find an art internship. And maybe some lovin? haha. I'm so excited for this break and for next semester. Overall i am content. So happy new year everyone, I hope its the best yet!

I really like winter vacation already. I only had 2 finals on thursday and friday, and didn't really study enough for them but whatever. Monday I went into SB briefly to pick up my writing portfolio and drop off a paper and I did some shopping. Then I spent the entire day christmas shopping and got everything done. Tuesday I went to the mall with my dad, and then we went to borders and chilled in the cafe for a while. It was really nice because we used to bond and do that like every weekend but we havent really been able to do that in months because I am always working. Wednesday I visited east and it was awesome. I really miss it there sometimes, but sometimes I don't, I like that college you can be more independent and self-sufficient. But it was great seeing Mr. Needles and Ms. Stebbins and Ms. Kruk and Mr. Kelly!! So then nick and I went to SB for Recess and we both got parking tickets hahah. But the show was fun, yet also sad because it was the last time Danny hosted because he graduated :( I am going to miss him, he definitely got me into the radio station and made the semester not suck. So then afterwards I tried studying a bit, then met up with lauren, elise, becky, eric and matt brown at carvel and then we all went to becky's and watched Project Runway, which wasn't new. But it was still good times. Then thursday morning I had my art final crit, and we had bagels and donuts and food. It was pretty fun, I didn't realize just how much I love the kids in that class and how we all got really close. So I went home and I really needed to study for art history all day, but i ended up going to the huntington cinema with lauren and we saw Atonement. It was worth it!! it was fantastic, and hot! And when the movie was over we went to the bathroom and all the old ladies that had also just came from seeing Atonement were like "Oh my god that love scene was so hot, the whole theater stopped breathing!" and they were just saying the funniest things lauren and i were dying. So friday I had my test and it was ok, then afterwards I chilled with my friends mike and lauren behr, and it was pretty sad when me and lauren said our goodbyes. Even though we are going to hang out over break. Ok so this girl literally saved my sanity at stony brook. She was in my geo and art history class and we got really close over the semester, and now we won't have any classes together anymore which is really sad, but we better get soup or lunch on campus some time.

So saturday was just a full day of goodness. Saw Juno at around 12 with lauren, elise, becky, liz, eric, eduardo, megan and ally. I think that was everyone. And OMG that was the greatest movie. I am in love with it. it had the cutest ending to any movie I have ever seen. So then afterwards we all went to Borders and chilled. Then I drove eduardo and eric home. Then it was Jon's murder mystery party. I was a business woman or something hahah. That was a lot of fun, it was really nice seeing everyone! And the christmas CD that they made is the funniest thing I have ever heard, I can't stop listening to it. So then afterwards I found out that Steve was not in Kentucky like he was supposed to be because his flight got delayed. Which was exciting because I thought I wouldn't get to see him for like 2 weeks. So Brandon and Steve picked me up and we went to Dave and Busters with a bunch of kids. It was really great, that was the first time I had ever gone there. It's like Chucky Cheese for adults, I love it. The trivia game was pretty cool, and steve and I played this Jurassic Park game where dinosaurs come and attack you and you shoot them up it was horrifying yet hillarious. And it lasted like 20 minutes it was nuts. So then yesterday I went to work and it was pretty busy and intense. So after work brandon, steve and kristie picked me up and i saw juno again hahah. But it was still great. Now it's christmas eve and I have nothing to do until 5 when my family comes over haha. But merry christmas everyone if people are still reading up to this!!! haha.

Just so I don't forget. I'll start with last tuesday before thanksgiving. After work I went to steve's and brandon and laura were there! I love them, and they were doing ouija (which we seriously have to stop!! haha) and it was absolutely insane. They were talking to this spirit, emily, and she was a 19 year old lesbian from france who killed herself in 2006 because her lover didn't love her. She was really vulgar and actually told me "STFU". She also said that she hated steve because he was hot, loved me and kappy and our vaginas, and spelled out the lyrics to bitches ain't shit. Then kevin, caitlin and dan came, and it called caitlin a "vag taster." HAHA it was really crazy. So we chilled a bit, nicole, steve, and andrew came. And it was just a really funny night, i don't even know what went on. So then on wednesay I was pretty messed up all day, which I'm still confused about. Then later that night, i saw elise, lauren, caitlyn and becky!! And omg i miss them sooo fucking much. First I went to elise's and then we all got carvel and went to becky's to watch project runway. Good times. So then thursday was thanksgiving and that was pretty chill and quiet.

That friday was the day of my sister's wedding. It was pretty nuts, me, my mom and my sister ali had our hair done at 9, and that was a terrible process. Then kevin came at 11, and we were all getting ready/panicking and it was like prom drama x10 because now multiple women were involved. Poor kevin, he is such a trooper. So then we went to carrie's friend rose's for pictures, and OMG my sister looked absolutely gorgeous. Her dress was amazing. So then the church reception was beautiful, I cried. I had to do a reading and i was so nervous, but it was ok. then the reception was a lottt of fun, kevin and I danced a lot and my parents are insane and love to disco. Also my parents are awesome and smuggled drinks to me and kevin throughout the night hahah. But really, I'm so glad everything turned out alright after all the drama that led up to the wedding.

That saturday morning we went back to the hotel next to the place where the reception was, because my sister was having a little breakfast for everyone that stayed over. So that was nice, I got to see my family again. Everything was pretty much back to normal with them. Then back at home, my great aunt and uncle from rhode island came briefly with pumpkin pie because we never get to see them, so that was really nice. Then I went to elise's and saw moira and megan!! and we watched hairspray. Then eduardo came and we straightened his hair. Then megan drove me and elise to ronkonkoma train station and we picked up elise's friend galen. Then I was pretty shot so I went home and slept.

This week was pretty crazy. I unexpectedly had to go to a wake, so that was depressing. So I saw my whole family again, only this time it wasn't happy circumstances. I had to switch work days to compensate, so the beginning of the week was pretty hectic. School is also very hectic. However, on wednesday I had my first wusb2 radio show, kind of improptu, with brittany, dan and luis. they are awesome kids, and we basically just played random stuff for an hour anf a half. Oh and we played 2gether, success! So this wednesday, from 5:30-7, go to http://wusb.fm/wusb2 if you are free and listen to us be asses haha.

Last night, friday was really busy. But after work I went to steve's and we watched hedwig and the angry inch, so that was really nice. I have been in the mood to see that movie for so long now, so i'm really glad we got to see it. today was kind of a waste. i was at the mall and borders for about 4 hours trying to do christmas shopping. I don;t really know what happened, but I ended up only buying 2 bags of chocolate for my mom and nana, what? Oh well. Right now i'm watching the Daft Punk movie, Electroma, and it is really bizarre. But in a good way. Daft Punk can do no wrong, really. Tomorrow I have to work a double, from 11 in the morning to about 10 at night, fun! Only at night I'm working with Steve and Janice, so I guess I can't really complain. So that's my life.

This week was pretty eh. Monday was one of the worst nights of my life, just a lot of family drama with the whole wedding all cumulated and everyones pent up aggressions were taken out on each other. But i think everything is all settled now thank god, so maybe this wedding won't be so awkward after all. Radio is going really well, me, dan, nick, luis and brittany have a show mondays from 4-8!! its going to be just like recess only 4 hours, so epic I'm really excited.
So last night was steve's birthday and we did the ouija board at patio it said it was a 2 year olf boy who died in 1994 from st. james whose parents still go to patio and eat, and when we aked if it remembered any waitresses it spelled out "Lois" and lois bugged out haha. Oh dear, ouija. Soo then after work I went to steve's and played and HAHA oh dear. good times. love that kid. and scrubsss.

OK so steve and i and possibly caitlin are going to Pink Floyd's laser show in March in the city and huishsudtetoiydfg im so freaking excited. This and spice girls, 2008 is going to be great haha. But if anyone would like to join seriously get tickets asap its going to be great.

I had been dreading today all week, but it actually turned out better than I expected. First my art history midterm was not so bad, the only hard part was writing about the Parthenon and the Pantheon and comparing them, and I didn't really know to much about those. Then I had to beast it to the Billy Collin's lunch, which I thought it was going to be really awkward since I was going to be 45 mintues late and I thought we had to ask him questions and stuff. So when I got there he was just finishing speaking and there were a lot more people than I thought and he was like, ok lets eat! So i didn't miss the food thank god and it was actually like buffet style with really good food so I wasn't expeting that. I also got a plaque and a journal and got my book signed and some random lady took a picture of me with Billy Collins, haha I don't know where that will end up. So then I went to wusb recess with Nick and there was only 4 of us in the studio this week because Damon had to take over for dan but I think it went well nonetheless. So then I had a russian test that was suprisingly easy. man, i thought college was supposed to be hard. i'm sure i'll regret saying that later. So then i came home and watched tv from 6-11 hahah because I am behind on all my shows that I taped! So what if I should be doing homework, I need to catch up on pashing daisies and dancing with the stars. BTW pushing daisies is like, my new favorite show. Tomorrow i'm either working, depending if mary calls me back, or going costume shoping with steve (we're being mario and luigi!) Hopefully I don't have to work because I miss steve and won't get to see him for a while cuz i can't work friday. So that's basically my life right now, not too exciting. I need to write people letters but first I need to do something crazy and interesting.
OH YEAH i got the monday 4-5 timeslot for wusb2 and thanks to lauren for helping me out its probably going to be called Manic Monday Mix with Steph haha so I'll just play some fun tunes for an hour, possibly 2 hours, and it will be a party, although I'm sure no one can listen because people have class then. But I will party.

I haven't studied for my art history midterm yet, and it's this wednesday and I really should because I have something like 100 pieces to memorize but whatever. Last weekend was definitely one of the best weekends I have had since school started. Brandon came down to visit and I spent practically every day with him and Stephen and Caitlin and it was amazing. This weekend was good and unexpected. Originally I was going to chill with Stephen on saturday and get our halloween costume shop on and watch scrubs, but due to sickness, that got postponed. But I did get a call from maria, who was on the island, and I went to her house and hung out with her and tasha! And then we went to cool beanz and saw michael korb and did the ouija board in her car and we all just chilled and listen to belly dancing music. I miss maria a whole lot, so it was exciting to see her. This week will be really busy, I'm missing work friday to take Carrie out for her bachelorette party with my sisters, and I am their defensive driver HAHA. But then I'm working saturday and sunday nights which suckks because I probably won't get to do much socializing but whatever. Sometimes I'm really happy to be here still and other times I get really lonely and want something different. But i think for the most part i'm generally happy to still be on long island. I just miss everyone and it seems like everyone is moving on and having a better time than me and i'm just stuck. blahh whatever.

So funny story, stony brook freshmen were supposed to read this book of poetry by Billy Collins over the summer and do a project about it, and I sort of read it. So then last week our project was due and I totally didn't know about it, literally did it the night before and abut an hour before class, and I won this contest or whatever to have lunch with Billy Collins next wednesday. Which would be awesome, if I gave a crap. hahah but I think liz also won! which is crazy because like 5 kids or something get picked and we both did and thats really cool, I should be more excited. I feel really bad though because I genuinely don't care and don't have anything interesting to ask him, and if someone really wanted to meet him I feel like I robbed them. Oh well. I'll have to send Mr. Kelly an autograph or a picture or something because I know he loves him. But otherwise, life is crazyyy and hectic and everything needs to slow down so I can process things.

ps listen to the radio show! http://wusbrecess.blogspot.com
the show was amazing thsi week, i got to pick out some songs! we played flight of the conchords! also, i had my wusb2 online training last night which was awesome, I was thinking of shooting around a timeslot on mondays at 4, would anyone be able to actually listen to that though? Since you guys will probably be the only people listening haha

So yesterday was really great. During school Nick and I helped out with the radio station during WUSB Recess, which is just an amazing show from 1-2 during campud lifetime where people can come up to the studio and chill and we play really amazing tunes. There were about 5 or 6 of us with Danny running the show and we just chilled and danced and talked on air about relationships and it was really funny, you'll know why. You can listen to is on http://wusbrecess.blogspot.com just click listen, i think its under last week's show but it will play this weeks. But seriously, good music, lots of techno, and good laughs plus PSAs about herpes, so give it a listen. Which brings me to another point, I will soon be getting my own radio show on WUSB2, which is very exciting. Training is a lot of fun and everyone's really chill.

So then I got out of class around 3:40, beasted it to the train station, met up with jen, miraculously caught the train. Then we got to penn and met up with iga!! So then kevin told us to meet him by union square, so we walked there and saw mike and kim and kevin's friend kyle. so we chilled there for a while and then headed to webster hall to line up, and everyone came to chill with us, it was great to see them all. So then it was just me, jen and iga left and we got in and first Bishi played, which i was soo happy about because I had no idea she was playing and she just completely blew me away. So good. Then we obnoxiously had to wait 45 for Patrick Wolf to play, but he finally came on, and tall giants were in front of me blocking my view, but it's ok because I still got to see him. There are no words, he is so amazing. Whoever didn't go missed out! He was, of course, covered in body glitter. He played all of my favorite songs of his, and practically all of Wind in the Wires, lots of old stuff, new good stuff, everything was great. I am still in awe. So then jen and I missed the train and had to take the 1:40 train home, got home at 3:30 with a 9:30 class today which sucked but it was definitely worth it.

Here are some pictures, I am so sad my camera is terrible and they are all blurry but Iga got some really great shots so I can't wait to get those from her.

<div class="ljcut" text="Shoot!
I really have nothing to complain about right now because I just bought tickets to see PATRICK WOLF!!!! and i'm seeing girl talk next saturday and yeahhh I have never been more excited for anything in my entire life. I never thought I'd be able to see him, especially since he almost never plays shows in the US. But anyway, school started this week and I am suprised to say that I am quite enjoying myself. Stony Brook isn't so bad after all. Actually I really like it, the campus is beautiful with so many benches and places to eat and chill and fountains. Everyone is really friendly, and there are a lot of smithtown kids that I have seen and been hanging out with. Orientation was fun I hung out with tania and marina and we met a lot of nice kids and this kid drew took us up to his dorm and they are etremely small and the freshmen are tripled in rooms that should be doubles which sucks, I am glad to be commuting. Sunday night nick and I went to the first night out carnival at the SAC and it was really interesting but a good time. We basically tried to make friends but everyone was already in cliques so it was hard, but they had free food and ice cream and cotton candy and all of this crap, and we met these really awesome kids on the incredibly long line for cotton candy. There was also a mechanical bull, gladiator fights, and crazy amounts of ghetto rap blasting! Tuesday I just had my fundamentals of drawing class, and I am exciting to be taking an art class, even though I have practically took this class 3 times in high school. I'm suprised that I am the only studio art major in the class, which is unsettling. In fact, I haven't met a studio art major yet, which is weird because the staller center is such a big part of the campus and there are so many galleries and art is a really big part of everything. So that is unsettling but maybe because its still early. But my professor is an amazing artist and really cool, she has artwork all over the city, she designed these ceramic plaques that are in the times square subway stations, they are really colorful and have these amazing designs on them. Google search Toby Buonagurio to check them out. I am in love with my writing professor, hes like a mix of hugh grant and mr. kelly without the awkwardness. I also am looking forward to writing because the theme of the class is pop culture, so most of the papers will deal with that. Art history seems cool, although right now im taking from beginning of time to 1400s art, so its mostly cave paintings and crap. Geo 101 is APES exactly. But that should be ok since I know the material already. My russian lit class is going to be interesting. Matt quigley is in my class lol so thats cool. My gls 101 intro to stony brook seems like a complete waste of time, but I have friends in that class from the first orientation I had back in July we scheduled it together. So that's exciting becase its pretty hard to make friends other than smithtown kids here. I have so much downtime in between classes, sometimes i have an hour to 3 hours to kill, so I mostly sit in the shade and get some reading done and crap to kill time. I have been meeting up with nick and we have going around to get lunch. We got bubble tea and chinese food at the wang center (which is the most gorgeous building i have ever been in, and has fountains everywhere!) and it was delicious although maddd expensive. The student union is nice and there are so many places to eat. Yesterday I got to hang out with alex russian and eissa for a bit, and today I had lunch with eissa! I'm really excited to be able to see them. I need to see liz and steve! steve and I are going to go to country kitchen and get country fried steak and hes going to teach me how to surf, so I am excited about that. I'm also excited because I have no class next thursday or friday, and becky is coming home!!! I will get to see her! And then girl talk on saturday! ahh life is good. I miss everyone terribly though :( its really not the same. Everyone should just come home and go to stony brook haha its not so bad and I miss everyone too much.
Also, I really would love to come up with a different name for a livejournal, (i will pull a kim here) because I have had this since 8th grade and its really silly and its time for a change. I don't know what to pick though I'm bad with names. A new sn should be in the works too. i also never wrote about my blog in here, I rarely update it, but its http://stephdesimone.blogspot.com check it out for some mediocre art. Hopefully I will have time to draw again!

Oh wow, I haven't updated in a while and so much has gone on . Here is a summary of the last half of the month. This will probably be boring to read, I'm just posting to keep track of things.

So prom turned out to be really awesome. My hair and dress wasn't working out but then it did so that was cool, and kevin was the greatest date I could ever had. He just danced so much and was so fun. The whole limo ride was incredibly entertaining. We got to listen to girl talk for a bit. Then we went to Dangerfields in the city which was hillarious, the comedians were so raunchy and made fun of everyone, it was great. Back to laurens where we collapsed and then ate cinabons for breakfast, yum. The next day, 6/16 was Becky's birthday party, which was a lot of fun. She had a cool band play, and it was really chill. Then I relazed the next few days, and on wednesday 6/20 was Becky's birthday. So she came over and I gave her the "get naked or get out" sign i made for her, and we ate tuna sandwhiches and then lauren came and we went to huntington to Pancho Villas and we ate sapopillas or whatever they are called and fried ice cream. yum! t then later on that night lauren and i went to the church fair and that was great. hursday 6/21 was the graduation rehersal and work. friday 6/22 was graduation, which was pretty alright. our hats kept blowing away. jon's speech was incredible! it still hasn't hit yet that we graduated. So afterwards was pictures and then i went out to eat with my parents. Then i went to kevin's to sleep over with some awesome kids, part a graduation celebration and part a goodbye party for eric and enrico. girl talk dance party number one of that weekend. the next day, sat 6/23 was the day of graduation parties. I went to caitlyns party for a little while which was really fun, her backyard is gorgeous. Then lauren and I briefly went to sara bradshaw's which was really nice, and saw some people who I miss a lot like aimee and then lauren and I went to the church fair just to go on the zipper. We went to the zipper and our thing flipped 4 times in a row, it was incredible. Then we went back to caitlyn's where more people were there, we hung out for a while then we went skinny dipping once it got dark, and woof meow was born. Sunday 6/24 was katie pizzano's graduation party, and she had a pig roast! it was the coolest thing I ever saw. I also got to talk to some really cool people, and it was just overall nice and chill. Then elise and I headed for kevin's graduation party, which was soo great. He has a castle moon bounce!
Ok so school is over and I'm pretty ok about that. It was great while it lasted, but I think its time to move on. Although it is weird and hasn't hit me and I feel like I'm just going to go back and continue tomorrow. But anyway life has been treating me pretty good, despite the few foibles. I never wrote about two weekends ago, when I went to marias bbq and then the balloon dance party at ali's, which was one of the greatest moments in my life. last weekend sucked because my eye was screwed up but what can you do. I continued to have pinkeye for the last day of school, but it was ok. Last day of school was anticlimatic as I expected. But there were definitely some good aspects, like the senior countdown when the random dude streaked(did anyone find out who that was?) and billy in the banana with the gorillas. After school I went to cool beanz briefly with becky and lauren and lucas, then I went to becky's to hang out and talk about her tattoo, which im drawing out for her and I'm really excited to do so! Afterwards, I went to my first figure drawing class at jeff fisher's with susan, and oh man. We drew this incredibly obese naked lady for 4 hours straight, it was nuts. I'm really excited for these classes. Then on tuesday my italian class went to La Famiglia for dinner. The food was so great and everyone was just so chill, it was a really good time. I'm actually really going to miss Ms. Laz even though shes insane and all italian kids. Afterwards elise came to my house briefly and then we went to elise's and met up with kevin. Today was amazing because it was my first totally thursday (i think?) since I did not work and we all went to rachel becker's and sooo many kids were there and everyone just sat around and chilled. Good times. I really like hanging out with those kids. And tomorrow is prom and I'm really excited for that. Good times ahead. This should be a good summer. And to sum up:

This year was nuts, but I had a whale of a time!

Life has been good recently. With APs being over, I've had slightly more time to chill. I feel like I haven't been to school at all in the past two weeks, but whatever. It's almost over! I'm feeling pretty good about that. Its becoming a waste of time. IHOP thursday morning was wonderful. Bar Mitzvah Fever went really well. I am so glad I did that, because it added some fun to my boring days. And playing Joan Rivers was a blast. I'm really glad it went so well. Catie was a great director and Eric and Jon are nuts and wrote such a great play. Diner afterwards is always good. Friday I saw Pirates, it was incredible. Yesterday I went to Kim's with a bunch of kids and the day revolved around kevin getting his apple tattoo, which was really funny. I love his reasons. So to kill time we ate pizza, roasted marshmallows, chilled and then at 9 went to see him get the tattoo. Good times. Italian field trip tuesday, then art on friday and possibly animal collective and so much going on. I'm kind of getting excited for prom now, just because now we have a limo and we must play girl talk this is an order. Plus kevin is the greatest so we'll have a good time. Hope everyone's having a good weekend.
